Our Story

In 2005 Network Consulting Services, Inc. (NCS) was created to solve the complex technology challenges of a quickly growing healthcare provider in an industry full of constant change.  NCS managed and expanded the information technology (IT) systems critical to becoming a successful pioneer in this whirlwind industry.


Today, NCS is a multi-level IT services provider.  NCS delivers asset management and IT support to our clients who include accountants, attorneys, risk managers, manufacturers, non-profit agencies, cities and villages, private companies, and healthcare providers.


NCS clients are communications-intensive industries and organizations with little tolerance for system down-time and network problems.  They have made the strategic decision to outsource responsibility for their IT infrastructure to allow employees to focus on core business activities—and they have chosen NCS because of our unique approach and quality of service.

Our People

William R. Chace III—Robbie is Owner/President and Chief of Technology.

Dennis A. Rash—Dennis is Owner and Chief Financial Officer.

Stanley R. Peetoom—Stan is company cofounder and Senior IT Technician.  Stan resolves complex issues.

Drew A. Fossler—Drew is an IT Technician, manages technician workflow, and works directly with clients as needed.  Drew is a peaceful, concise, and educating voice in communicating with clients.

William J. Crandall—Will is an IT Technician and monitors cyber threats.  Will is a calm, patient, and gracious voice in working directly with clients.

Rhonda D. Jones—Rhonda is the Procurement Agent.  She purchases new equipment and provides quotes to clients for their IT projects.  Rhonda takes pride in responsibly protecting and investing the financial resources of clients as though those resources were her own.

  1. Usually One to 2 Hour Response. Our expert technicians will address your computer support problem immediately if it is an emergency or call you back within 2hours. *Requires Managed Maintenance Agreement

Our fixed price, all-inclusive support plan includes resolving any issues that arise in an expeditious manner. Since everything is included in one price, we are highly-motivated to use our time wisely and follow through on all issues to successful completion.
  3. No Technical Jargon. We’ll provide clear answers to your computer and IT support questions. You’ll never be made to feel stupid by any technical talk from our IT support specialists, they use basic business-to-business language you can understand.

Sometimes this occurs with technicians who have improperly planned and researched. We do the right thing and make no excuses.   6. Freedom From Unpredictable IT Spending. We operate either from you hiring us to complete a one-time project/service or from a managed monthly maintenance agreement that includes core services. Either way, we take pride in responsibly protecting your financial resources as though those resources were our own. You’ll never be surprised; we will seek approval or even offer a project quote so you can completely understand your investment. The monthly maintenance agreement can include products and managed services such as firewall protection, endpoint/antivirus security, data backup and disaster recovery, automated patching and updating of assets, Microsoft 365 products, technical labor allowances, among many others—all at a typically fixed-price monthly investment. This mostly all-inclusive proactive, reliable and affordable support plan, ensures that our clients are not nickel – and – dimed when they need us the most. At NCS, we do things differently. Our fixed-fee support plan enables you to manage IT costs and avoid unnecessary IT spending.
